Well, i WON hoh and a koreans team edge of extinction killed all of us, we did not get our sigils.

By no means is this a rant or just posting in random section of a forum, i did not see anything where this would go (bug report.) But i think, and all of the folks on this forum would, i deserve compensation.

What on earth... it says you won. The message says you kept the favour for America...

Just so you know, you weren't necessarily scammed out of a Sigil. Trust me, not everyone gets a sigil when they claim the HoH...

Is it possible that, because of your whole team being dead, you didn't get the sigil?

I believed its a bug that EoE worked that way after the match was over. Hopefully this doesn't turn out to be a way to bring down the winner even when the other teams lost.

you can see, we got uber EoE spiked, we FLAWLESSED it, hence we didnt die before

Wow that sucks... 3 sigils and a rare down the drain ;_;

That happened to me once in king of the hill, all 3 were fighting at the hill and we had everyone alive and near full health when EoE triggered and the whole map died, but because we held the altar and had a rez orb, we rez'd and were victorious. It was hilarious but would have sucked if we didnt have the rez orb.

This is so funny. Because I saw you guys win, I've played with you before soccer, and I played with diet pepsi earlier today, and my guild leader was msged and we all laughed about this on vent

You mean you were scammed out of a 3/8 chance of getting a sigil

You're more likely to not get a sigil than to get one anyways, think of this as one of those times where you didn't get the drop.

no, im not thinking of it like that. Im the victim of a bug that caused me and my friends not to get a sigil, and we think this should be repremanded.

My teams have probably "cheated" countless people out of Hall of Heroes loot because I often run Edge of Extinction, and it's often still active at the very end of an altar map. It's really not their fault, Edge of Extinction is a lovely skill (too good to pass up) and this is just the fault of clueless developers. Report this as a bug (I have, countless times) and request that people get resurrected one second after victory, rather than right on the mark.

I am guilty of using EoE as a "If I can't win, nobody does!" skill, mostly in one on ones or matches with no ressurection. Nothing's more pleasing than being beaten to a pulp, then seeing "Match draw. There was no victor."

Sorry if you're just joking, but that kind of thing doesn't translate well over The Intertron. There is one "stalemate" condition, kind of. And that's all teams dying at the exact same time (Edge of Extinction, really), which will declare the match a draw ("There was no victor"), and all teams lose, being kicked back to the staging area.

I've had this bug happen to me before, but the only way i am pretty sure it can happen is when they drop edge right before the match ends. I'm not sure if this is 100% true or not, because since then we have always tried to kill the edge right away. There is also another bug in the hall where a sigil gets stuck in the ground under the altar :/

exploit? well... bordering, riding the fuzzy line...
oversight by devs? perhaps. I agree, there should be a res 2 seconds after victory is declared (1 second still seems a bit tight...)
